Free concierge services to homeowners

Bill Payment

Payment of regular bills including water, electricity, and Homeowners Associations fees, Security Monitoring, Property Taxes, Bank Trust Fees and others will be paid on behalf of the homeowner.

Home Inspections

Bahia Management will provide the Homeowner with a Monthly Report (for homeowners participating in the Property Management - Standard program) or Weekly Report (for Homeowners participating in the Property Management - Premium Program), that includes pictures, and a checklist of items that need attention or service, as described on our Property Management - Home Inspection Checklist. These Home inspections include maintenance inspection on all major appliances, air-conditioners, and pool equipment.

Maintenance/Engineering Services

Any time a problem is found and/or something requires repair, Bahia Management team will send their Maintenance - Engineering Team to take care of the problem*. Bahia Management will/can handle, will coordinate all repairs or part replacements, these repairs, replacements, special projects, etc; will be monitored by Bahia Management team and tracked with work orders. Our goal is to keep your properties in top condition and safe at all times.*

*All Repairs, Maintenance, replacement supplies and parts are billed separately in your statement. *All repairs and maintenance exceeding $2,000 Mexican Pesos will require the Homeowner's prior approval, unless it is deemed an "Emergency Repair" such as flooding, security or emergency issues, etc.

Preventive Maintenance

Bahia Management created the Bahia Management Preventive Maintenance Program with the assistance of our Engineering Department, IT department and with the input of Homeowners. We gathered information not only on manufacturers' manuals, but also from the official service providers. On this program, you will be able to not only identify what are the recommendations from the manufacturers, but to work with your home manager to submit the occurrence of every maintenance service per appliance you need. We work with the homeowner to develop a preventive maintenance program to fit their specific needs.

Special Project

Bahia Management Home Managers are available to oversee and assist in coordinating all large repairs, remodels or construction projects to be performed at your home. Most of these special projects are made by our own Engineering department, but in some cases we will obtain bids or cost estimates for your review. In any project that is performed by a third party company we charge a administrative-supervisory fee which is based on the overall scope and size of the project and shall be quoted and properly disclose prior to start date.

Pool and Jacuzzi

Pool Maintenance is so much more than skimming leaves and adding chlorine tablets. We provide you friendly, professional and reliable service. Our team is licensed and experienced in all facets of swimming pool cleaning and maintenance services.

 

Landscape Services & Water Feature Maintenance and Pest Control

We work with Agua Verde Landscaping (www.aguaverde.mx ) they are hired on behalf of the homeowner to perform the Professional Ecofriendly Landscaping maintenance service. From trimming, pruning of plants, maintenance of irrigation system, removal of all landscaping and dead plant materials, fertilization and fumigation of interior and exterior of the home with non-toxic products (pest control does not cover termites extermination) . A regularly scheduled team will perform the following services.

Housekeeping Services

Bahia Management housekeeping staff, recognizes the need for the highest level of housekeeping services both for Homeowner satisfaction, as well as for overall maintenance of the home. Housekeeping Services are performed as required and as requested (Daily Cleaning, Check - In, Check Out, Weekly Cleaning, and Deep Home Cleaning). (Housekeeping Services required a 24 hours advance notice).

 

Hurricane and Storm Preparedness

In the event of a hurricane, Bahia Management will provide hurricane preparation assistance. This service includes shielding appliances and furniture by moving them to a protected area(s), cleaning all drains prior to storm and ensuring that exterior items are stored to prevent window breakage. Bahia Management does not charge extra for Storm preparations, there is a charge only in after storm clean up or repairs (if necessary).

Payment of Home Expenses

Bahia Management accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express for services. You can also pay for your services by check or by Electronic Funds Transfer to our USA bank account. 

Access to the Home Owner On-Line Portal 24/7

Homeowners can review their property management account and statement 24/7 on-line and download copies of paid bills. Homeowners can also view a history and schedule of all related work orders, view their preventive maintenance program for their home, enter comments, submit work orders online and update their contact information. This online feature offers multiple benefits to our clients, the most important of which is complete transparency of their property management accounts.

Additional Services Available

  • Airport Transportation - Arrival Airport Transportation is available, through our concierge services.
  • In-Home Spa Services. We work with The Loreto Spa; they provide different services for homeowners participating with us in the comfort of your own home.
  • Fax, Email and Package Receipt - No Extra cost for our clients, with exception of COD fees.
